The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) on Monday, July 20, 2020, stated that the exams for final semester students of UG and PG courses will be conducted in September as per the directives issues by UGC and AICTE.
APSCHE chairman Prof Hemachandra Reddy said the exams will be conducted in all the 20 universities of AP in Sepember.
He said that along with AP EAMCET 2020, all other CETs and exams including UG and PG, will be held between September 13 and 27.
He said that UG and PG examinations will be re-conducted for those who fail to attend the examinations due to corona situation.
He added arrangements are being made to conduct special degree and PG examinations in advance for those who got jobs in placements and those who have gone abroad.
He said that the AP Governor had suggested that regular classes should also be mandatory along with online education. He said that academic curriculum is being redesigned for all courses in view of COVID-19 pandemic.
"AP government is making the internship mandatory for 10 months in three years of Degree from this academic year," the APSCHE chairman said.
