The Telangana state government is planning to abolish the compulsory Ethics and Human Values exam and Environmental Education exam for students appearing for Inter public exams in 2021.
Normally, these exams are held in January last week every year.
But this year the Telangana Inter board is planning to abolish both these compulsory exams due to loss of working days on account of corona lockdown since March 2020.
Junior colleges in Telangana remain closed for the past ten months due to corona lockdown.
Against this backdrop, the state government is planning to abolish these compulsory exams and conduct only Inter exams in regular groups like MPC, BiPC, CEC, HEC etc.
Inter students are attending online classes since July 2020.
The offline classes will begin from Febuary 1, 2021.
