The Intermediate Boards of Telangana State and Andhra Pradesh (TSBIE and BIEAP) are all set to cut syllabus for Intermediate courses in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh by 30 per cent.

However, the syllabus for Inter (MPC) and Inter (BiPC) students will be cut by 30% initiatally.

The Inter Boards will appoint a committee to recommend how much syllabus should be cut for Inter arts groups students, namely CEC, HEC etc.

TSBIE and BIEAP are planning to follow CBSE which has recently cut Class XI, Class XII syllabus by 30%,

The Inter syllabus for MPC, BiPC in Telangana, AP is similar to CBSE. For this reason, the TS, AP Inter boards are planning to remove the topics in science subjects that were removed by CBSE.

However, there is huge variation in arts subjects between Inter syllabus and CBSE.
