Transferring Rs 4,770 crore free cash to AP people in 13 months is my achievement: CM Jagan

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy recently completed one year as CM on May 30, 2020.

If you think what Jagan had achieved in the last one year of his rule, here is the answer given by Jagan himself on Wednesday, June 24, 2020.

Jagan launched one more free cash transfer scheme "Kapu Nestham" on June 24. Jagan transferred Rs 354 crore at the click of a computer button into the bank accounts of 2.36 lakh women beneficiaries hailing from Kapu caste at the rate of Rs 15,000 each. Each will be paid Rs 15,000 every year for five years amounting to Rs 75,000 each in five years.

Speaking on the occasion, Jagan said that he had transferred Rs 4,770 crore free cash into the bank accounts of lakhs of various sections of people in Andhra Pradesh and it was his biggest achievement.

Jagan even requested people to remember how much amount he had transferred in the last one year and compare with previous TDP government, which failed to transfer ever Rs 400 crore per year.

If transferring free cash to people is considered a big success, then no one can beat Jagan in India.

But the problem is AP's financial condition is bleeding but it's not a problem for Jagan as long as it ensures him votes and power for the next few terms.
