Rajiv Swagruha flats price in Hyd: TS Govt Auction: Latest Update

The Telangana state government has decided to auction Rajiv Swagruha flats in Bandlaguda in Hyderbad on a 'first-cum-first served' basis.

The auction will be held very soon in a week or so.

All persons can take part in the auction.

The government is yet to officially announced the price of these flats.

Official sources said the government has fixed a minimum price of Rs 2,700 per sft (square feet)

A 567 sft 1BHK will cost around Rs 15 lakh, a 1,400 sft 2BHK will cost around Rs 37 lakh and a 1,600 sft 3BHK will cost around Rs 43 lakh.

There are nearly 2,500 flats in Bandlaguda of which nearly 2,000 flats are vacant.

These 2,000 flats will be auctioned.
