It is known that power star Pawan Kalyan is making re-entry into films after a gap of two years with his latest movie "Vakeel Saab". The film is produced by ace producer Dil Raju, which is the remake of Bollywood blockbuster "Pink".
Pawan's last move was "Agnathavasi" which was released in January 2018 as Sankranthi release, but failed miserably at the box office. Later, Pawan focussed on his political career and his political party Jana Sena. Jana Sena contested May 2019 Andhra Assembly and Lok Sabha polls. However, Jana Sena suffered severe drubbing by winning just one Assembly seat out of total 175 seats in AP Assembly. Pawan himself lost both the Assembly seats he contested.
With nothing much to do in politics till 2024 AP Assembly polls, Pawan has decided to reenter into Tollywood. Dil Raju signed Pawan for Vakeel Saab and shooting went on at a brisk speed.
While Dil Raju planned to release Vakeel Saab in May as 'summer release', all his plans went haywire with the outbreak of coronavirus and subsequent lockdown. All shootings were cancelled since then.
The governments of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh recently permitted to begin shootings with limited people and safety measures.
Following this, Dil Raju has decided to commence shooting from July. Dil Raju is planning to wind off shooting and post production works in three months from July to September and release the film as 'Dasara gift' in October 3rd week.
So Pawan Kalyan's fans will celebrate Dasara on 'double dhamaka' note this year, one their favourite star's reentry film release and two Dasara festival. Wishing Pawan and Dil Raju all the best!
