The Madhya Pradesh government is all set to launch online classes for students studying in all government colleges across the state from October 2020.
All the colleges in Madhya Pradesh remain closed since March 2020 due to corrona pandemic.
However, the private colleges in the state launched online classes for their students since July.
Students in government colleges are badly hit as the government is yet to begin online classes for them.
Students in government colleges already lost three months in the current academic year.
The online classes will be conducted through electronic means like Doordarshan and All India.
Further, the support of platforms like Youtube may be taken as well. In the last session, six lakh students appeared for an open-book examination. The results of the last session are expected to be announced soon.
A committee has been constituted to discuss a new examination system in colleges instead of the traditional one.
