JEE Main, NEET: Students, parents troll Modi, Pokhriyal

Lakhs of students and parents across India troll Prime Minister Narendra Modi and UMHRD minister Ramesh Pokhriyal on social media for their 'adamant stand' on holding JEE Main 2020 and NEET 2020 as scheduled in July ignoring the severe protests by students and parents demanding postponement of exams in the wake of corona pandemic situation in all the States.

UMHRD minister Ramesh Pokhiryal came under heavy trolling for his interview in "The Hindu" in which he said "Leaders who are politicising the issue of JEE and NEET must consider that postponing the examinations will result in an opportunity cost of at least Rs 4,800 crore."

Students and parents took a dig at him on Twitter asking "What about life cost of millions of students? Are you human alien?"

Students and parents also demanded the resignations of PM Modi and UMHRD minister Ramesh Pokhiryal if they fail to postpone the exams.
