Jagan supporting Modi, but Modi ignoring AP

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy is supporting Narendra Modi government at the Centre on all issues despite all major regional parties are opposing Modi on GST compensation, farm bills etc in the ongoing Parliament session.

But Jagan failed to secure any benefits for Andhra Pradesh even after supporting Modi.

Let alone securing benefits, Jagan failed to secure even the bills that were spent by AP government on Polavaram project. The Centre is entitled to bear Polavaram expenditure, since it was declared as 'national project' under AP Reorganisation Act, 2014.

Modi is simply adopting a don't care attitude towards Jagan and AP even after Jagan is supporting him on all issues.

Modi gave yet another shocker to Jagan and AP by deciding not to reimburse nearly Rs 750 crore bills to AP government of Polavaram project.

This announcement was made by union minister of State for Water Resources Rattan Lal Kataria in Rajya Sabha today, Saturday, September 19, 2010.

When YSRCP MP Vijayasai Reddy posed question on Polavaram bills, the union minister simply replied that those bills were rejected by the Centre's Polavaram Project Authority.

Now one wonder, why Jagan is supporting Modi on all issues despite Modi doing nothing for AP.

AP people and other political parties suspect that Jagan is supporting Modi only to save himself from CBI cases and jail in disproportionate assets and corruption cases but not for the benefit of AP.
