Jagan's 'secret shifting' of AP capital to Vizag on Aug 16

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Redd is hell-bent on shifting AP capital from Amaravathi to Vizag despite pending court cases against shifting of capital.

Jagan planned to lay the foundation for Vizag as executive capital on August 16.

But the AP High Court granted stay orders on capital shifting works.

Despite this, Jagan continues to make efforts to shift capital to Vizag.

Speculations are rife that Jagan started 'secret operation' to shift AP capital to Vizag to escape court cases.

It is learned that AP government officials conducted a 'secret foundation laying ceremony' on August 16 in Vizag for the construction of government offices on the directions of YS Jagan.

In this way, Jagan executed his capital shifting plans to Vizag on August 16 as planned by him earlier.

Officials reportedly conducted foundation laying program secretly at Grey Hounds Training Centre premises in Kaapulappada in Vizag for construction of AP State Guest House.

Jagan is planning to launch capital shifting work in Vizag 'officially' on the occasion of Dasara on October 25 with a hope that all High Court will deliver judgment in favor of capital shifting by then.
