Is Jagan risking lives of school students in AP by reopening schools from Sep 5?

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy has decided to reopen all the schools in AP from September 5.

This news came as a shock to school students and parents across AP, who are worried over the health and safety of students, if schools are reopened at this stage.

This is because AP is among the top states in the country in registering higher corona positive cases and deaths every day.

AP is recording the highest single day cases in India for the past one month.

AP is currently at No.3 position in the country in corona cases.

In the last 24 hours, AP had reported 87 deaths and 9,024 Covid-19 cases taking the total cases in AP to 2,44,549.

In these conditions, can parents dare to send their little children to schools?

Does school students have the immunity to save themselves from corona?

What about students studying in Classes from LKG, UKG to Class V? Can they protect themselves from corona?

Why did Jagan take such an important decision in 'haste', when no state government or central government has taken any decision on reopening of colleges or universities, let alone schools.

It's better Jagan reviews his decision before it is too late.

Else he has to face the wrath of parents, more than students.
