Everyone knows that Telangana statehood movement was all about jobs, funds and water.
TRS chief KCR too promised lakhs of jobs to Telangana youth if Telangana state is formed during Telangana statehood agitation.
It's more than six years since Telangana State was formed and KCR became CM in June 2014.
Now a question arises how many lakhs of vacancies KCR filled in various government departments in the past six years?
Let alone filling lakhs of vacancies in government departments, KCR could not fill even a lakh vacancies or even a 50,000 vacancies in six years.
He could fill just 29,000 vacancies in six years.
This data is official and it is released by none other than Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC) in response to an RTI filed by an RTI activist Jalagam Sudhir.
The TSPSC replied that the commission had filled a total of 29,091 posts from July 2015 to July 2020.
It informed that another 7,552 posts are in various stages of recruitment.

Of this, TSPSC could complete recruitment of 29,091 posts.
Another 5,916 posts are stuck up in court cases/ lying pending due to lack of clarity marks weightage, another 1,636 posts are in merit list issuance/ certificate verification stage.
This apart, 4,207 para medical posts, 1,419 gurukul/ PET/ TRS posts are stuck up in court cases.
For 290 posts, the TSPSC is yet to receive 30% weightage marks from the medical department.
TSPSC had issued 105 notifications in the past six years. Of them, 51 notifications were issued in 2017.
13 notifications were issued in 2015, 12 in 2016 and 25 in 2018.
The situation turned more worse in 2019 and 2020, as only 3 notifications were issued in 2019 and just 1 notification in 2020.
On the other hand, the government spent Rs 36.64 crore towards salaries for TSPSC during the past six years.
