Students who failed in Intermediate public exams this year in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh are all set to get grace marks. All failed candidates will be declared as pass by Telangana and Andhra Pradesh state government exams.
Both the state governments are not in favour of conducting Inter Advanced Supplementary exams in July due to increase in corona positive cases in AP and TS.
The Inter Boards of AP and TS have sent proposals to respective state governments recommending award of grace marks to all failed candidates and declare them as pass.
Accordingly, students who failed in arts and languages papers, will be awarded 35 grace marks out of total 100 marks and declare them as pass.
In Mathematics paper, 27 grace marks will be awarded out of total 75 marks and declare all failed students as pass.
In Chemistry, physics, botany, zoology papers, 21 grace marks will be awarded out of total 60 marks and declare all failed students as pass.
