The CBSE Class X results were declared at 1 pm today July 15, 2020.

As many as 41,804 students across India have scored more than 95% marks in Class X exams this year.
The pass percentage also increased slightly by 0.36 per cent this year over last year.
The pass percentage increased from 91.10% to 91.46% this year.
Girls outperformed boys with 93.31 pass percentage against 90.14 pass percentage of of boys.
Around 18 lakh students who have appeared in the CBSE class 10 examination can check their result online at cbseresults.nic.in. Students can also check their CBSE 10th results on various other platforms like Umang app, Digilocker, SMS and IVR.
This year 18,73,015 students had appeared for CBSE Class 10 Board Exams. Of these, 17,13,121 students have cleared the exam successfully.
Trivandrum zone has emerged as the best performing district with 99.28 per cent results, followed by Chennai with 98.95 per cent and Bengaluru with 98.23 per cent.
As per CBSE rules, students need at least 33 per cent marks to pass in a subject. For subjects having practical and theory aspects, students have to pass in both separately.
Students who fail in one or two subjects will have a chance to give another attempt through supplementary exams. However, the board is yet to release dates for the supplementary exams for class 10.
