Cancel UG, PG final exams: Petitions in Supreme Court!

The decision of the central government, UGC and AICTE to conduct final semester exams for UG and PG courses in September 2020 is all set to be challenged in the Supreme Court.



Various student organisations and parent association are expected to file petition urging the Supreme Court to quash the orders of the central government, UGC and AICTE on conducting semester exams for UG and PG courses.


The petitions will urge Supreme Court to direct the central government, UGC and AICTE to promote all students of UG, PG courses to next semester and award degree, PG certificates to final semester students without conducting exams.

"We will file a petition in the Supreme Court challenging UGC guidelines and seek relief for lakhs of students across India," India Wide Parents' Association chief Anubha Shrivastava Sahai said.
