Attacks on Hindu Temples & Hinduism in AP: Amit Shah angry at CM Jagan

Amit Shah angry at Jagan for recent attacks in AP on Hindu temples and Hinduism

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy is currently on a trip to New Delhi to meet BJP bosses in the NDA government.

Jagan met union home minister Amit Shah on Tuesday night, September 22, 2020.

Amit Shah who is not giving an appointment to any one for the past few weeks to meet him after he was infected with corona, hospitalised and recovered recently, gave appointment to Jagan to meet him.

BJP leaders who were surprised to know Jagan getting appointment to meet Amit Shah started enquiring why Amit Shah gave appointment to only Jagan.

BJP leaders came to know that Amit Shah gave an appointment to Jagan only to take a 'big class' to Jagan on the recent attacks being witnessed in AP on Hindu temples and Hinduism.

Amit Shah reportedly expressed anger at Jagan with incidents of attacks on Hinduism and Hindu temples in AP after Jagan became CM in May 2019.

Amit Shah clearly told Jagan that BJP will not tolerate such attacks on Hindu temples and Hinduism and warned Jagan to initiate stringent action against the culprits and if Jagan failed to take steps, the Centre will be forced to intervene.

Jagan is learnt to have remained in a state of shock after Amit Shah warned him in a severe tone.

Jagan has come under severe criticism from Hindu groups and HIndus for series of attacks on temples, burning of chariots and the controversial statement by Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams chairman over declaration by non-Hindus in AP.

The burning of chariots at Bitragunta and Antarvedi temples in AP recently created a furore not only in AP but among Hindus and Hindu groups across the globe.
