The AP High Court quashed the ordinance issued by Jagan government to remove State Election Commissioner Nimmagadda Prasad.
The High Court directed Jagan government to reinstated Nimmagadda as SEC immediately.

r local bodies in Andhra Pradesh citing corona outbreak.
Jagan appointed retired High Court judge of Tamil Nadu, Justice V Kanagaraj in his place.
Ramesh challenged the government's decision in the High Court.
The High Court ruled that the ordinance brought by Jagan government to remove Ramesh was 'illegal'.
